Evixus may collect information you submit through forms, email, project requests, portal messages, file uploads, or direct communication. This may include your name, email address, company, project details, request descriptions, comments, files, and related business information.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, prepare scopes or quotes, provide client portal functionality, communicate about requests, manage approved work, maintain business and security records, and improve Evixus services.
When a client portal account is created, Evixus may store account identifiers, request history, comments, files, statuses, and related project information so clients and admins can manage work in one place.
The website and interactive demos may use essential cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies to maintain sessions, preserve interface preferences, save demo selections, protect forms, and support core functionality. Unfinished contact-form fields may be saved in local browser storage on the visitor's device so the form is not lost while exploring a demo. That local draft may include the name, email, company, project type, budget range, and message entered into the form. It is removed after a successful submission and may also be removed by clearing browser data.
Evixus aims to keep tracking minimal. Basic hosting or performance analytics may be used to understand site reliability and general usage. Advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising, session replay tools, heatmaps, or similar tracking tools are not part of the default public website unless intentionally added and disclosed.
Evixus may use third-party providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, storage, payments, domains, security, analytics, and business operations. These providers process information only as needed to operate the website, portal, or approved client work and may process information from locations outside your state or country.
Evixus does not sell personal information submitted through this website or client portal and does not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Evixus uses practical safeguards to protect submitted information, but no website, platform, email system, or third-party service can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for communication, project history, business records, security, legal obligations, dispute prevention, or operational purposes, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed where practical.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, privacy language, consent requirements, and rights associated with content, customer data, product data, files, images, tracking tools, payment tools, and third-party services they ask Evixus to use or configure.
Evixus services are intended for businesses and adults. Evixus does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website or client portal. If such information is identified, it may be deleted.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to ask what personal information Evixus holds about you, request correction or deletion, receive a copy, or object to certain processing. Evixus may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for legal, security, billing, or recordkeeping purposes.
