These terms explain how Evixus handles website use and general client project expectations. Any signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or written project agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.

The content on this website is for general information about Evixus services. It is not legal, financial, compliance, security, accessibility, tax, or business advice.
Submitting a contact form, request, or message does not create a client relationship by itself. A project relationship starts only when both sides agree to written project terms and any required deposit or payment milestone is satisfied.
Paid client work begins only after Evixus and the client agree to a written proposal, statement of work, or similar project scope. That scope defines the included deliverables, assumptions, milestones, fixed project price, review windows, acceptance process, and launch or handoff responsibilities.
Anything not listed in the approved scope is excluded unless both sides agree in writing to add it. Additional work may be quoted as a fixed-price change request or handled under a separately approved support agreement. Some work may fall outside Evixus's service scope entirely.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, account access, business information, approvals, content, images, policies, credentials, product data, and third-party service decisions needed to complete the work. Delays in those items may affect schedules and delivery dates.
Deposits, milestones, final payments, processing fees, third-party costs, and due dates are defined in the applicable written agreement or invoice. Evixus may pause work, launch, handoff, source transfer, or credential transfer when required payments have not cleared.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, Evixus includes 30 calendar days after production launch to correct reproducible defects where delivered functionality materially fails to match the approved scope. This period does not include new features, changed requirements, content changes, client modifications, third-party failures, routine administration, monitoring, maintenance, or emergency response. Work outside that coverage is paid and requires separate written approval.
Projects may rely on hosting, database, authentication, payment, email, analytics, ecommerce, domain, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, limitations, and support policies. Clients remain responsible for third-party accounts and charges unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Evixus may build with practical accessibility, privacy, security, and performance-minded practices, but does not provide legal advice, legal policy drafting, compliance certification, tax advice, regulatory review, SEO campaigns, paid advertising services, revenue guarantees, or protection from lawsuits.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any logos, names, images, copy, fonts, videos, product data, testimonials, trademarks, customer information, or other materials they provide.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, client-specific final deliverables are transferred or licensed to the client after full payment. Evixus retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable components, templates, internal systems, workflows, know-how, and platform improvements.
Interactive demos, starter concepts, sample businesses, example products, names, figures, workflows, and imagery are provided only to demonstrate possible capabilities or starting directions. They are not promises that every project includes the same features, design, data, integrations, or production readiness.
Evixus may change, suspend, or remove website or demo features without notice. Visitors may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, scrape protected areas, introduce malicious code, or use site content in a way that violates law or another party's rights.
The public website, demos, and general informational materials are provided on an as-available basis. Evixus does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that public examples will match a future client project.
Evixus may update these public terms as services, website features, or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page identifies the latest published version. Signed project agreements remain controlling for the work they cover.
No work should be assumed included unless it appears in the approved scope. The standard 30-day post-launch stabilization period applies only to reproducible defects within that scope. New features, maintenance, monitoring, emergency response, legal compliance work, and future work are paid and require separate written approval.
